آی هوشینو ۱۶ ساله یه آیدول زیبا و با استعداده که طرفداراش دیوونه‌ی اون هستن. او بمانند یک دوشیزه جوان و پاک می‌ماند. هر چیز درخشانی طلا نیست. گورو آممیا یک دکتر متخصص زنانه که در یک شهر کوچک زندگی می‌کنه و از طرفدارای پر و پا قرص آی‌ـه. بخاطر همین وقتی آیدول مورد علاقه‌ش رو باردار در بیمارستان می‌بینه، کرک و پرش می‌ریزه! گورو به اون قول یک زایمان بی خطر رو می‌ده. اما خبر نداره که بخاطر ملاقات با یه شخصیت اسرار آمیز، مرگ زودتر از موعدی رو قراره تجربه کنه، یا حداقل همچین فکری می‌کرده. اما چشمانش رو باز می‌کنه و می‌بینه که به بقل آیدول مورد علاقه‌ش نشسته! گورو متوجه می‌شه که به عنوان هوشینو آکوامارین متولد شده، پسر آی!

Standing on fairly equal ground, these two gradually learn the comfort of living together. Their relationship progresses from strangers to friends as the days pass.
